This Privacy Policy describes how DukaanGhar (the consumer brand of Laxminarayan Provision and General Stores, a sole proprietorship of Shashikant Prakash Pakhale) ("DukaanGhar", "we", "our", "us") collects, uses, shares, protects or otherwise processes your information/personal data through our website dukaanghar.com and mobile application (together, the "Platform"). You may be able to browse certain sections of the Platform without registering with us. We do not offer any product/service under this Platform outside India and your personal data will primarily be stored and processed in India. By visiting this Platform, providing your information or availing any product/service offered on the Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use and applicable service/product terms, and agree to be governed by the laws of India, including laws applicable to data protection and privacy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access our Platform.

Collection

We collect your personal data when you use our Platform, services, or otherwise interact with us. This includes information provided during sign-up or use of the Platform such as name, address, delivery location (map pin), telephone/mobile number and email ID. Some sensitive personal data may be collected with your consent, such as payment instrument information, in accordance with applicable law. You always have the option not to provide information by choosing not to use a particular service or feature. We also collect information related to your transactions on the Platform. If you receive a call or message from anyone claiming to be DukaanGhar seeking sensitive information like card PINs or passwords, never provide such information and report it to law enforcement.

Usage

We use personal data to provide the services you request — handling and fulfilling orders, delivery, enhancing customer experience, resolving disputes, troubleshooting, informing you about offers and updates, customising your experience, detecting and protecting against error, fraud and other criminal activity, enforcing our terms, and conducting research and analysis. Where we use your data for marketing, you will have the ability to opt out.

Sharing

We may share personal data with third-party service providers strictly to provide our services — for example payment gateways (such as PhonePe), cloud and technology providers, and delivery personnel — and with government or law enforcement agencies where required by law or in good-faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to legal process, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property or safety of our users or the public.

Security Precautions

We adopt reasonable security practices and procedures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, loss or misuse. Data Deletion and Retention

You may delete your account through your profile settings on the Platform, or write to us at the contact below for assistance; deletion results in loss of all account-related information. We may refuse or delay deletion in the event of pending grievances, claims, orders or services.
